Mishti has 18+ years of experience in marketing communications and lifestyle products; with proven expertise in business concept, strategic execution, profit centre operations, global licensee relations, market expansion, luxury products and services, customer insight, business development working towards enhancing organizational value and performance. She is currently part of the founding team at Quintessentially India, and responsible for driving strategic and expansion plans, business development, customer retention, service excellence and employee motivation. Prior to this, she was engaged with American Express as Head of Product Benefits for Platinum Cards, managing the benefits and experiential marketing portfolios directed towards club members. Mishti began her career with J Walter Thompson managing premium key clients; and was subsequently with Publicis as Vice President and Mudra as Business Director, where she managed brand and product launches and marketing strategy for key clients.
