Chief Executive Officer
Shashank leads the company in its mission to transform the way contracts are created, managed and reviewed in organizations. Prior to founding SpotDraft, Shashank Bijapur worked as a lawyer in law-firms in New York and Mumbai where he focussed on M & A, corporate advisory and banking related transactions. He decided to start SpotDraft because he was dismayed with the amount of time he spent doing mundane tasks while working as a lawyer. Shashank completed his masters in law from Harvard Law School and has worked as a lawyer in White & Case, New York ,and TT & A, Mumbai.
Chief Technology Officer
Madhav Bhagat is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of SpotDraft, where he leads the entire tech team to build cutting-edge technology to automate complex tasks in the contract review process. Prior to starting SpotDraft, Madhav ran a development studio called CoderBhai. Prior to that, he worked as an Engineering Lead at Google, New York where he worked on the Classroom product from idea to launch. Madhav graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Chief Product Officer
Rohith Salim is the Chief Product Officer at SpotDraft and his primary goal is to ensure that customers are truly delighted with every interaction they have with the product. Prior to joining SpotDraft, Rohith founded a few different companies and learned the trade building products at companies like Microsoft, Venmo, Yelp, Rent The Runway, Oyster (acq. by Google) and Cuemath. Rohith graduated with both a Bachelors and Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering with an additional major in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University.
